The sources at the studios that feed the media do not understand how to extrapolate from the data they receive. One thing that is crazy that this day business taken for inflation and 3d is the highest ever. No movie has come close (apart from TA) Just feels odd, perhaps its all the showtimes that this is the biggest film ever for an opening night. It took four years for a film to top Potter, and only because of an extra five hours, and having a film that jumbles in many superheroes. Cheers. It was inevitable honestly, don't fret. Potter will probably have the longer legacy among more people. The entire franchise btw not the movie series which is solid entertainment just not as great as you make it.
