No, but the director made a lot of people on here think it could be, y'know, genuinely good. Hell, even I was open to the idea after seeing the tone of the trailer.

But RT and Metacritic look good atm. I think we have too few reviews still atm to judge the movies quality.

1 Billion is basically locked lol. It will get at minimum 250M in China, 350M in the US and just needs another 400M OS-C to get there LOL.

What is up with the negativity in here. Reviews are good, better than the first, and all of a sudden it isn't going to do a billion?

 

I mean sure, I hated the first trailer as much as the next person, but oh well. I just hope it's a fun time at the movies, and so far it looks like it is

It sounds like it's more of the same. In fact I'm surprised at how similar the reviews are to JW. If you liked that movie then, well, great I guess? Not even being snarky.
