Were not a huge market but keep in mind there were no Canadian previews for MM or TG

 

I wasn't doing a comprehensive check of previews, but I did see that the Cinerama here in Seattle didn't show TG yesterday. In fact, they aren't getting started on the showtimes until 7pm tonight.

He's box office poison and will probably cause Suicide Squad to flop.

I think the rest of Suicide Squad's cast is too good for even Courtney to ruin it, so I think it's gonna be a hit.

You have to go to the current one listed on the site (JW's OW) and manually count up how many weeks to the current week, then change the "wk=24" to whatever. I know, it's tedious, but technically you CAN get to this weekend's theater counts even if the main theater counts page doesn't list it.

Total: 48 million five day (around Lone Ranger numbers)

Wed: 14

Thur: 8

2 Day: 22

Friday: 14

Saturday: 9

Sunday: 7

3 Day: 30

Total: 52 million

The premium format screen at my theater last night was split.

They played MMXXL at the 7:00 show and TG at the 10:00 show.

 

And yet all today and all this weekend, they're only playing TG on it.

I think they just wanted to grab as much money as they could from what they knew would be a loyal and eager MMXXL crowd.

 

Very odd to see just a single showtime like that though.
