The only character I am not sold on is Jack Balck's. He is a great actor but the emulating a highschool girl schtick so far hasn't worked for me. I would like his role to be more outspoken and expressive.

I like that they gave a shout out to the board game in the beginning of the trailer. Small gestures like that go a long way.

Considering the game has magical powers to pull off all the schtick it did in the first movie, "evolving" into a different version doesn't require any explanation imo. It just wants to be played like the Mordor ring wants to be found. In fact I hope they crack a joke on that.
