I am not into the Marvel/Dc warfare but I would argue that objectively,

Marvel is just terrific at casting, it is basically how the empire was built in the first place with the RDJ coup.

I watch JL & Thor Ragnarok trailers back ot back and I like everyone on screen in the Marvel film,  every actor is pitch perfect for their part, the DC one, not so much, ranges from lol (Dudebro-Man, I can't !) to decent.

:sherlock:

I respectfully disagree. Aside from Cyborg, which so far is a non-entity, they all seem perfect for this particular take on the characters.

It's this particular take on the characters that is so divisive, not the actors themselves. Affleck is perfect for this Batman, Ezra and Momoa seem to be having loads of fun with the material and Gadot is a great Wonder Woman.

Superman portrayal by Henry Cavil is very forgettable and imo is the Achilles heel of the DCU right now, so much so I can't even remember any lines or dialogue from him.

Affleck's Batman who was already quite subdued was far more memorable and displayed some acting.

Cavill isn't in the trailer, though.

People who honestly disliked Batman v Superman will eventually come to their senses. A lot of them have, in these past few months. In time when people look back at 2016, BVS and La La Land are going to be remembered as the movies that defined the year. Its reputation is only growing since release, and it will continue to do so.

Civil War on the other hand is only downhill since.

I think the term "Delusion" applies there.

Of Course Napoleon was also insisting four months after it opened..and bombed....that the 2016 "Ghostbusters" would be getting a sequel.....

The problem with the JUSTICE LEAGUE trailer was it's identity and what it's trying to be.. WB/DC have had 2 movies so far with MOS and BvsS: Both of which have been pretty well established as being dark and generally accepted as that way cause basically, that's what most ,if not all DC movies are, but then, WB/DC goes polar opposite with this trailer in trying to make it lighthearted and funny and I'm sorry but it seems out of place.. Seriously, the best course of action WB/DC could possibly do going forward is NOT compete with MARVEL in how they do their movies and simply be there own identity.. Be dark if you want cause that's what DC fans love the most is DC movies NOT being MARVEL..

Haven't seen you chatting in awhile, welcome back as an active member again.

The problem with Justice League can be summed up in two words: Zack Snyder.

(I get ready for Napoleon to go berserk with rage.....)

The problem isn't Snyder its the studios interfering in the final product. Heck most of Snyder's movies the studio interfered resulting in his generally critically panned movies.

Spoiler

J/K :P

I known this will piss @IronJimbo off but I like Avatar porn parody called "This Ain't Avatar XXX" better than the Avatar movie itself b/c it is enjoyable and no craziness unlike the Avatar movie.

I can believe that. The Cloverfield porn parody made much more sense than the ridiculous original, too.
