I wonder if Ratchet and Clank's under performance will affect how Sony markets the Sly Cooper movie.  That franchise is even more out of touch with today's audiences.

The movies are not being released or made by Sony so they don't care.

 

The Sly Cooper movie will obviously get cancelled.

Probably. A soft performance could be seen coming from a mile away regardless of reviews. The home life will be good to it though.

IIRC, they ended up overpredicting AOU's opening weekend. This could be another case of that.
