Amadeus
Does tuesdays contribute with a jump over mondays number during animated movies' first week? TS3's first tuesday was the same as it's monday's. Pixar's frontloaded so it wouldn't surprise me too much if we only see a slight increase tomorrow. I mean today

pieman
It's sad that the only movies that have been able to cross $100M this year have been comic book movies or animated movies. It tells you a lot about the state of the film industry.
Ezen Baklattan
To be fair, they're really strong animated movies.

Also, depending on how Central Intelligence holds up, that's another 100m.
eXtacy2
That seems like a really strong number. Maybe Sunday was a bit deflated.

RamblinRed
Great hold. So FD is already the 6th highest grossing movie of the year, passing XA. Going to take it about 11-12 more days to pass BvS into 5th. Probably pass Zoo in about 2 weeks. Basically been a little feast or famine this year so far. Basically nothing between 150-300. XA will end up in the low end of that.

Quigley
If Sunday had dropped 10% (in line with TS3), Sunday would be $41M. FD's Monday of $20M would then be a 51% drop, also in line with TS3. Its holds are also better than IO (at least for week 1). Terrific!
