Mel Gibson can be an ignorant asshole but he's an incredibly gifted director.

I wish he would direct and star in a Predator or Terminator movie.

Predator could still happen with Shane Black directing. But it would be even better if Arnie, Mel, and Danny Glover were in the same film together.

Either way a $40+ debut isn't bad for Trolls. DWA doesn't have a whole lot of big non-sequel openers, Home was in a desperate family market with appealing visuals a Lilo & Stitch kinda vibed film.

oh I don't think it's bad at all, just not enough for a $200M total that I claimed possible before I realized it debuted to $40M+, not $52M

For the interested, BO.com's long range prediction for 21./23. December is up

thanks! but it's a repost from last week, I kinda hoped they would up their $115M prediction for Sing but they didn't, which makes me weirdly nervous, like the karma will do something and Sing would end up making $400M or whatever, which I don't want it to happen. haha

My favorite Gary Busey moment will always be at the Oscars several years ago when during the red carpet interviews, he walked up to Jennifer Garner as she was being interviewed and randomly hugged her as she looked absolutely mortified. lmao.
