Opening with the same number as Thor 2 and the fact it is first part film.

I think a multiplier of 2.5 to 2.7 is certain.

So 225 million+ is the final gross.

Adding in likely over 400 million overseas

Doctor strange will be the most successful first film for.marvel apart from GOTG.

DEADLINE: ‘Doctor Strange’ Resuscitates Fall Box Office With $84M-$85M+ Opening – Sunday AM Update

TROLLS : 45.6M

HR: 14.75M

So Doctor Strange is right around the OW of Thor 2, if not maybe lower. Weekend actuals....unfortunately tends to go down with some blockbusters.
