So is anyone watching the Emmys tonight? It feels like such a non-event this year. I have no idea why NBC thought doing a Monday telecast again was a good move.

Idk if I can be bothered to watch. I don't have work until 10:30 tomorrow, so it isn't a matter of having to sleep early. But if nobody is watching it, where's the fun? I can just easily pull up the winners later tonight. Besides, GOT is probably winning, and that's lame.

Drama Actress is easily the most exciting category because I feel like you could make a strong case for any of the nominees as winners.

Honestly if the last season of GOT is the same emmy cycle as big little lies 2 (since that's in drama now) then I doubt it. I mean meryl being in it is enough to guarantee that.

I think it's more likely that the last season of GoT is bad honestly. That didn't stop them awarding the fifth season tho I guess.
