Spencer stars as Sue Ann, a loner in a quiet Ohio town who one day is asked by Maggie (Diana Silvers), a new teenager in town, to buy some booze for her and her friends. Sue Ann sees the chance to make some unsuspecting, if younger, friends of her own, and offers them the chance to avoid drinking and driving by hanging out in her basement. Her hospitality quickly starts to curdle into obsession. Scotty Landes (Workaholics) and Taylor co-wrote the script.

Looks like another Blumhouse instahit, though. Would not be surprised with 25-30M OW, even against King Of The Monsters (dat counterprogramming tho).

I wish they hadn’t spoiled so much in the trailer but I understand why they do that nowadays. It generates more interest. They should have kept the part about her knowing the parents out of it though.

I stopped the trailer halfway through because I got the feeling they were showing too much

With so much stuff out on that weekend (remember Rocketman. Don't get me started on the holdovers), I feel like the marketplace is a bit too crowded for that. This feels more like a Truth or Dare style run, at least at the moment

Feel like the big twist here will be that the teens' parents used to bully her, so now she's getting revenge on the kids or something.
