I would say "lucky kids" but then I remember the horrible weather up north.

:gold:

When you live in this area for 10+ years, you get used to the cold. Doesn't make it any less frigid though. I remember wanting to spend my February breaks indoors, just because I didn't want to go outside and get "frostbite", or catch a cold, or something.

Domestic Goals for Black Panther:

  • Needs to run 44% ahead of Deadpool for $550m
  • Needs to run 56% ahead of Deadpool for $575m
  • Needs to run 69% ahead of Deadpool for $600m
  • Needs to run 80% ahead of Deadpool to pass Last Jedi
  • Needs to run 81% ahead of Deadpool to pass Avengers
  • Needs to run 95% ahead of Deadpool to pass Jurassic World
  • Needs to run 99% ahead of Deadpool to pass Titanic

So far it's running about 61% ahead of Deadpool after 5 days. On Monday it was over 100% ahead of Deadpool's Monday gross and on Tuesday it was 80% ahead of Deadpool's Tuesday gross. Will be fun to see how it goes with these different milestones.

Avatar sucks a paper bag full of donkey dicks.

Imagine EmpireCities dilemma when Avatar 2 is crushing records, he'll have to give me the good news to get his cherished inside man likes.

Something to think about, there’s really no other franchise as profitable as the MCU is.  They crank out 3 movies a year, each hitting within the 750m - 1.4b range.

Neither Star Wars, DC, Cameron, Bayformers, or any other franchise has made something that matches that. (This is coming from somebody who isn’t a big MCU fan)
