Annihilation's gross budget is 55 million while the net prod. budget is 40 million. In any case, Netflix amortized Paramount so the studio has their bases covered.

Fox Searchlight bounced back in 2017, Three Billboards is very profitable and also Martin McDonagh's highest grossing film ever, you can bet Fox will want his next film which I think is a few years away as he's busy with his new play this year. The Shape of Water is also profitable as well,
