Animators reportedly haven’t even started working on this lol. It was never making the date, no matter what. It was heavily reported last month.

Kris Anka, comic book artist extraordinaire turned conceptual artist extraordinaire and responsible for the look of most of the Spider-Men characters in the film liked this lol. The animators that work their ass off giving us these two absolute masterpieces are happy that they will have time to deliver us greatness, so I’m happy for them as well.

Uh, they often record the dialogue for animated films before or while animation is going on.

I want this to go down as an all-time trilogy with 3 straight bangers and potentially the goat cbm trilogy. I don't care how much time they take, I just hope they take their time to make it perfect in great working conditions

that's good, but the real time consumer will be the animation, wouldn't be surprised if VO work is finished while animation isn't even 1/3 done

I don't think the VA delay was the main reason why this got delayed honestly. The animation was definitely no where near ready and I can't honestly see this coming out before 2026.

Variety had their list of 'most anticipated' movies of 2024 (Which was really just a list of major releases) and still included this but without a date.

I just hope they don’t rush it. The ending makes me think that they will, but part of AtSV is so good is because they took half a decade instead of rushing.
