Maybe Universal has a lot of confidence in Dominion and is trying to generate even more hype with this? Im honestly very surprised that they would start sales so far out.

Yeah, tickets for the last Fifty Shades and Mamma Mia went on sale months before release too. Seems like really early ticket sales are their thing, especially if we're talking about a movie that's been finished and awaiting release for a while (like Jurassic World has).

If I remember correctly, tickets for us went on sale on Christmas 2018, nearly 3 months before its release

I'm surprised Top Gun 2 didn't advance the opening day to Wedsneday. Opening as far away from Jurassic would be good for it.
