CrashBandicoot81
Not too bad. The marketing on this movie though is pretty bad. Like There is this Smash Bros clone that they released that was hyped, is liked, and seems pretty popular right now that Warner Bros just released called Multiversus. It is strange how they never thought to use it as a cross promotion for their movie. Seemed like a no brainer way to promote your kid friendly film. YM!
So 22-27.5M OW? With a barren summer and fall, it should get to a total around 90-100m but yessssh
The Wild Eric
Following Paws of Fury takes this to about 27.5M. Which like I know is not anything that good, but could have been worse I suppose.

filmlover
I guess a run similar to The Bad Guys it is then with no family competition until October. We'll see if that's enough to squeeze it past $100M or not.
Liiviig 1998
25m weekend ,this should play well across august and September for 90-100m + total. For how lackluster the marketing has been , not bad.
katnisscinnaplex
I'm around the 24-25m range as well with that preview number.

So easily over $100M EDIT: For reference, Bad Guys made 3.4x its first week ($96.67/$28.34), so a 3x estimate here might even be on the low end of the range Edited July 29, 2022 by M37

Krissykins
That’s a decent start, an opening in the 20’s is absolutely fine for this. I honestly thought it would do about $15m tops a few weeks ago. Prediction for Nope this weekend: $18.4m.
