Insidious didn't have a significant jump today which is no surprise - it's Tuesday and 4th of July - so I counted SoF again.

Sound of Freedom counted today for today:

NY (AMC Fresh Meadows 7): no showtimes
Miami (AMC Sunset Place 24): 530 (6 showtimes)
Grand Rapids (AMC Grand Rapids 18): 384 (9 showtimes)
Austin (AMC Lakeline 9): 0+ (2 new showtimes, allegedly Sell Outs, normally they aren't true but here the cinema halls aren't that big and the shows with the status „Almost Full“ indeed had only 1-3 seats left so there's a chance that the Sell Outs are true this time)
Tempe/Phoenix (AMC Centerpoint 11): 77 (4 showtimes)
San Francisco (AMC Metreon 16): 89 (4 showtimes)
LA (AMC Universal): 109 (6 showtimes)

Total tickets sold in 6 theaters: 1.189+ (+ because of the maybe true Sell Outs in Texas).

Comps (all three movies counted also on the release day. I fear that all of my comps make things look better than they are. Because religious films very often had very good walk-ups and action movies too and I don't think that this film will have that many walk-ups, at least for today. It has good WOM, maybe that helps for the weekend): Father Stu had 67 sold tickets,

Christmas with the Chosen had 273 sold tickets
and Plane had 443 sold tickets

Angel has Fallen had on Thursday for Friday 406 sold tickets (but very good walk-ups).

I read on reddit that SoF made on Monday 5M+, so its Tuesday will very probably be higher.

For Friday it had today 380 sold tickets. With way worse sales (compared to the presales counted today for today so it has 3 days left to come closer or overtake) in the AMCs in Michigan and Florida but better sales in LA (143 at the moment to 109 today).

I don’t see how it would even hit jungle cruise numbers, so unless everything else is looking like a major under-performer then it feels like funky quorum data

They are regardless.

Haunted Mansion only needs to open to about $30M (not impossible) to leg it out to $100M+ with such a barren month coming up after it.
