With the phenomenal Sunday hold, I don't think the 20-minute short will keep it from reaching $225 million+ DOM. But I expect Disney will decide to remove it from screenings by either next weekend or the following weekend (there'll be ads pointing this out, too).

They should make the Frozen short with Coco a 2 week limited time thing, and I say that as a fan of Frozen.

I still don't know what Coco is about.

I wonder how many stupid parents will leave when the Frozen short starts when I go see Coco tomorrow.

Just got back from a 9:15pm Monday night showing and had the theater all to myself. I had to really suck it up during the last 20 minutes because the ushers at my theater wait right outside the door to collect the 3d glasses and I didn't want my cry face to show.

There will be a thirty-minute featurette of all the animated movies nominated before the award is given out.

Coco is a new classic. Pixar does it again. Better than Inside Out!

The new FROZEN SHORT IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. OH MY GOD! AND I SAY THAT AS A FROZEN FAN.

Was the short suppose to be funny or heartwarming because it failed on both accounts. IT JUST KEPT GOING AND GOING AND GOING!

The Frozen short is really designed to have commercial breaks, you can feel it. 

 

And I liked it because I'm a sucker for Christmas specials but I get why there's some  backlash against it

 

I do understand why Disney decided to have it though but now that Coco has proven its strength, they could remove it so the movie can end earlier and maybe have more showtimes

The first Mondays of Coco and Moana were basically the same. Now we can see if Coco does its own thing.
