If there are a couple more disappointments it could go in as a fourth or fifth selection.And if WiR, IA4, RoG, etc don't pull a HTTYD, then this could be 2006 where all the nominees were middling and anybody can win (like HF did). Howl's Moving Castle was released in Japan in 2004, in the US in 2005 and was nominated for the academy award in 2006. Same thing hapenned to Spirited Away.
