Bishop54
Olive is Kylin Zhang Ohhh, all these name changes. It's like the many faced god in Game of Thrones.
JennaJ
What bad reactions? Seriously. All I see on twitter are positive reactions. I may be proven wrong tomorrow when the embargo lifts, but I think the negative spin is premature.
seduh
Also, TF4 has bad reviews but was well received in China, ¿why can't JW make the same?
MrFanaticGuy34
Also, TF4 has bad reviews but was well received in China, ¿why can't JW make the same? Good question. Probably, China has an appealing thing for robot-movies. And they are critic-proof. But I do hope China shows some appreciation for some blockbusters that aren't always TF-related.
samsha22
Bad Reactions?? I heard some very good reactions before AOU release. It is always better to ignore this reactions till we get some real reviews.

keysersoze123
phenomenal holds for SA. I think this is behaving like interstellar last year. Underwhelming start and then great legs. I think it will survive JW and then continue its good run. I dont think 100m is a question anymore. 700m yuan would be a better question. AOU increased today!!! Last hurrah I guess as its losing most of its screen tomorrow. I am assuming it has only 2 more days to go. I am assuming another 3-4m yuan at best. sgchn40
Good question. Probably, China has an appealing thing for robot-movies. And they are critic-proof. But I do hope China shows some appreciation for some blockbusters that aren't always TF-related. Because many Chinese grow up with Transformers cartoons. Also, it features Chinese actress and scenes. JW on the other hand did not feature those feathered dinosaurs found in China. I honestly think it could be a selling point in China. Missed opportunity... Olive
Watched JW, pretty full for a midnight show. Decent movie, good CGI and action scenes but chemistry between human characters is a bit underwhelming. A lot of homage to the original movie. Wednesday prediction: JW - 110M, SA 17M
