riczhang
In the prediction thread, there were a LOT of leggy predictions for OFK. I'm all for it. I just realised that I gave OFK a 5x multiplier. Probably should've gone with 4.5-4.7 at most. Dawn's guaranteed good legs, 39 Clues, and Oro both are probably gonna get 4+ multipliers. And Hindenburg's done well as well. Probably between Dawn, 39 CLues, Oro, Hindenburg, and OFK.
Alpha
I'd expect Dawn or Oro to get the best legs.

Electric
August 6-8:While Shark Mutiny didn’t quite get the numbers some were hoping for, both of the openers manages to easily grab the top two slots of the week. 4chan’s opening wasn’t huge, but it’s still pretty impressive how such a topic managed to even get the audience it did.1. Shark Mutiny: 44,227,309 (1st week)2. Shiverin’ Gulch: 33,168,496 (1st week)3. Lucid: 26,522,116 (2nd week)4. Starcraft 2: 22,692,728 (4th week)5. Brandybrook: 9,137,740 (3rd week)6. Last Chapter: 6,523,476 (3rd week)7. Hindenburg 4,526,605 (6th week)8. 4chan: The Truth: 2,688,169 (3rd week - Wide)9. World of Warcraft: Cataclysm: 1,860,670 (7th week)10. Bowling Night: 832,949 (5th week)August 13-15:Scorpions invade the Box Office! Beating all expectations, some of which had Scorpions finishing in 2nd place, it instead gets an easy first place, despite an impressive hold by both of the holdovers from last week. Harlington House didn’t manage to do nearly as much business, sandwiched in the #5 spot between Lucid and Starcraft 2.1. House of the Scorpion: 38,457,911 (1st week)2. Shark Mutiny: 29,415,583 (2nd week)3. Shiverin’ Gulch: 20,295,803 (2nd week)4. Lucid: 13,581,976 (3rd week)5. Harlington House: 12,626,557 (1st week)6. Starcraft 2: 12,088,567 (5th week)7. Brandybrook: 5,173,584 (4th week)8. Last Chapter: 3,901,691 (4th week)9. Hindenburg 2,436,672 (7th week)10. 4chan: The Truth: 1,784,277 (4th week)August 20-22:Well, summer isn’t going to last forever. Plastic-Man didn’t put up huge numbers but still managed a 1st place finished. There hasn’t been a 50 million opener since Starcraft! The more interesting Box Office news this week was all the random movement in the rest of the movies. Shark Mutiny reclaimed 2nd place as House of the Scorpion dropped to 3rd, while Lucid slipped 3 spots due to having to give up IMAX theaters to Plastic-Man.1. Plastic-Man: 44,927,238 (1st week)2. Shark Mutiny: 19,952,590 (3rd week)3. House of the Scorpion: 19,500,902 (2nd week)4. Shiverin’ Gulch: 12,845,214(3rd week)5. Harlington House: 7,543,106 (2nd week)6. Starcraft 2: 7,166,103 (6th week)7. Lucid: 7,125,104(4th week)8. Brandybrook: 2,878,583 (5th week)9. Last Chapter: 2,389,006 (5th week)10. Hindenburg: 1,288,512 (8th week)August 27-29:What? Spiders?! Again? Yes. The spiders come and take the Box Office by storm, taking a lot of what would have been Scorpion'sbusiness in the process! Against All Odds finds its target audience and does adequately by tapping into that market, but it lackedthe compelling story compared to some similar movies to really break out. Despite its mediocre first weekend Shark Mutiny continues to hold well.1. Giant Spiders 2: 47,588,239 (1st week)2. Plastic-Man: 23,038,688 (2nd week)3. Against All Odds: 14,637,094 (1st week)4. Shark Mutiny: 12,488,326 (4th week)5. Shiverin’ Gulch: 7,689,145(4th week)6. House of the Scorpion: 7,404,698 (3rd week)7. Harlington House: 4,260,346 (3rd week)8. Starcraft 2: 4,105,461 (7th week)9. Lucid: 3,531,914(5th week)10. Brandybrook: 1,475,561 (6th week)

4815162342
Shark Mutiny sits at about 140 million through August, I think it could get about 170 million. Edited December 2, 2012 by 4815162342
