It's always tough to tell how good a midweek opener is doing until the weekend numbers fully come in. Especially a midweek opener during a school week (or at least a pseudo-school-week).

Honestly, there's almost no need for any movie to have a non-Friday opening. Only the super giant ones like Star Wars or Avengers can really use that extra day to help fulfill some of the overwhelming demand that will be there for the OW. Just about anything else should be able to open on a Friday and reasonably meet pretty much all of the ticket demand on OW.

There is no precedence for 7 PM Wednesday opening so it is tough to say whether it is a good opening or not.
