Lordmandeep Posted May 3, 2013 Share Posted May 3, 2013 Yea... The answer is the previews. People that usually went Friday moved a day before, to Thursday, therefore the Friday gross decreasing. It'll still do good, that's no problem. I say Friday: 65 Saturday: 58.5 Sunday: 42 Its really hard to telll we can debate all day now... Its just around the 26 theaters in my area, midnights were busier then 9 pm shows. So I am think that perhaps people are imo thinking to much into the previews reducing the Friday day gross. Plus I doubt WOM is going to cause it drop hard or anything. IM2 played rather well over the weekend. I thinka 30% Sunday drop and a increase from non previews is in order.
