God, Computer games using the D and D licencse have been around since the late 1980's an re still going srong.

Not to mention the ones with and D ann D like system suckh as The Elder Scrolls and the Pillars of Eternity games...

Is this supposed to be an action-comedy because everyone in this looks so ridiculous that it has to be intentional. Would make sense given the Game Night guys are directing this.

Wasn't it known since they greenlit it that this is gonna have a lot of humor in it? They announced it as "Guardians of the Galaxy meets Lord of the Rings" or something like that.

Yeah I'm very excited for this. Looks fun. Don't love the trailer, but I think it looks really fun. I trust Goldstein and Daley. 

 

I just hope that they kept the budget closer to $100m rather than $200m. Chris Pine could use a hit

Trailer didn't look really expensive. I guess budget is 150M-ish
