Agree :) And I think it's extremely cool B)

However don't say that to people when you visit France, some of them could have a heart attack

Oh no, lower OD..In Korea :( The better ratings could help it though, let's hope it can catch up with that!

Horrible performance in SK, down nearly one third ... ASM2 officially done.

Btw, the openings of ASM2 last weekend in that 14 markets was 2% lower than TASM.

It's South Korea, a country with 50m inhabitants, calm down..You act like it's the US OD....Apparently they really wait for the movie in Latin America, it's already released in Mexico and Uruguay : in both of them it bested TASM.

You always judge a performance way too soon.

And I almost always see the right direction, as long as first numbers pops up.

Just accept the fact.

ASM2 is struggling to do 500m os. That's pathetic for a Spiderman movie in 3D, after reboot.

And if OS barely increases, dont see how it could not drop DOM.

I still think we should wait and see. I remember reading the Avengers and IM3 OS threads, and saw incredible numbers during May Day holidays, TASM2 should be in good position to get that very healthy boost.

Didn't it open to less in Mexico than the first?

BOM has ASM opening to over 3 days.  Is that correct or was it 5 as well and just reported wrong?

ASM1: $9,355,699 (M-Fri)/ 2,716  -  $3,445

ASM2: $8,018,030 (M-Fri)/ 2,624  -  $3,056  $10,777,496 (Wed-Fri)

Granted the first opened in July but that 3 day opening is lower than Cap2 ($8,596,889) also in April and Thor 2 ($8,256,931) in Nov

It also opened in lower than the ASM and Thor 2 in Australia over the 4 day and bit higher than Cap 2 - with school out and a holiday w/e

ASM 2: Apr. 17–20   $4,995,026 -  520  - $9,606  $6,195,237

ASM 1: Jul. 5–8         $5,467,935  -  581  - $9,411  $7,469,619

Thor 2: Oct. 31–Nov. 3  $6,804,662   - 609     -   $11,174  $6,978,456

Cap 2:  Apr. 3–6   $5,631,472  -  571  -  $9,862  $5,906,927

It was reported wrong.

The official numbers are : $9m OW for TASM and $11m OW for TASM2. It's in the Mexico Box Office thread as well.

How can you predict such doom. There are still a lot of markets. And it could very well explode in China and Japan.
