Ray Subers sure hates the horror genre. I fail to see how Devil's Due is a "bomb" when it just grossed $8.5 million domestically alone in 3 days on a $7 million production cost. The gross itself is nothing to write home about, but is ensures eventual profitability and  many films (including other lower-budget releases) would kill to have an OW/investment ratio like that.
