Did anything get released this weekend?

That juggernaut The Identical

"The Identical," a musical drama pitched at the faith-based community, is failing to rally the Christian market in the same way as "God's Not Dead" ($60.7 million domestically), "Heaven is For Real" ($91.4 million) and "Son of God" ($59.7 million).

"The Identical," which follows twin brothers separated at birth and stars Seth Green and Ashley Judd, should pull in about $2.7 million at 1,956 theaters.

here are the PTA averages for (Identical 900k), (Galaxy 2.7M), (Turtles 1.4M), (November 1.5M), (Above 1.25M), and (Cops 1.55M).

Identical - $460

Galaxy - $838

Turtles - $428

Cops - $529

November - $540

Above - $472

these averages could give a glimpse for how other movies will behave (If I STAY, etc).  Turtles should go up a bit.

Lucy should be seeing lots of sell outs tonight ;) (and Into the Storm???)

10M weekend for GotG can happen with a 2.7 Friday.  But that's a big if.  220%+ jump seems a bit steep.

2.7 Friday

4.6 Sat +70%

2.7 Sun -40%

My GOD, what a terrible weekend this is going to be ... can November get here any quicker.

One thing ... Let's Be Cops ... I thought that was going to absolutely bomb a week before it opened, and it looks like it might eak its way towards 73-75 million.  I'm sort of impressed.
