I'm about to check out Knock Knock. It's gonna bomb everywhere, but I think this is gonna be fun. And it's an 18, you don't get many 18 releases in the UK anymore, especially for Horror.

Edit: 3 out of 4 horror trailers here are blumhouse. How did they end up becoming the only name left in horror!?

The Gallows seems like a 20/40 type deal at best.

The budget is less than $1m so that would be great. Especially the opening weekend.

I was really let down by It Follows. Didn't scare me at all. I thought it was very try-hard. Style and soundtrack over anything else.

I think Blumhouse is everywhere because of their strategy. Make em cheap. Less risk etc.

I might go and see Knock Knock tonight. Let me know how it is. Eli Roth said it isn't gory, so I'm wondering about the 18 rating.

It's pretty good, not very horror, more thriller than anything. No gore at all. It's definitely an 18 though, you get pretty realistic shots of him getting head.
