But honestly with so many family-friendly movies it's impossible to predict 2016. Tarzan, The Jungle Book, Moana, Alice Through the Looking Glass, Zootopia, The Secret Life of Pets...

Passengers is the only "original" tentpole of 2016 ?

 

How big is the BFG book Spielberg is adapting ?

 

Probably the fourth most iconic Roald Dahl book, behind Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, James and the Giant Peach, and Matilda. It's pretty famous and beloved. 

 

If it comes out good, the Spielberg name and the FX will make it a big hit.

150m ish...

It's big. And it's a Disney movie...like, they're paying for some of it...but it's not.

Cause really...Disney isn't going to tell fucking Spielberg what to do. Plus it's not really their movie. BFG seriously could be interesting. Depending on your belief in modern day Spielberg.
