The character in the book is brunette.  She is probably wearing a wig while on a mission of some sort.  We have earlier pictures of her on set with long dark hair.

she is initially recruited by a man.  Charlotte Rampling plays the head of the training center for Sparrows - spies who learn seduction to obtain information and trust.
