Now that Avatar is Disney's flagship, whose second down the chain? Star Wars or the MCU?

For Aug 2018, MCU>Star Wars>Avatar, which has not made any significant money in 8 years. Things will get shaken up in 2 and a half years, and we’ll see how things fall at that time.

I don't think even the Dems are stupid enough to drink that poison again. Although as it stands there is no one who I can see beating Trump on the Dem side. I've actually always liked Joe Kennedy III, but not sure he wants to run.

I'd still love to see Zuck run against Trump and really get that clown car rolling.

Theres a few on the the Dem side I think would smash Trump in 2020, but they're not liked by the DNC/big money elites at all so they won't get the nomination.  My guess is they'll keep talking about Russia 24/7(Gallup poll just showed less than 1% consider that among their top concerns) and put up a Clinton clone and give Trump about 350 electoral votes.

I think the objections to torture is really good, remembering Batman Branding People in BvS.

I think some people had issues with the branding thing because to them it went against the character of Batman not because the torture was too much/hard to watch.

With Thanos and his minions in IW, its not like it was out of character for them to kill and torture people.

If  by flagship you mean "the face the company shows to the public" the Classc Disney charecters will always be the #1 public image for Disney.

In that regard, Mickey and Donald > MCU>SW>Avatar>then anything else Disney owns.

The Cameron fanboys left reality behind a long time ago .

I agree, but Napoleon seems to be talking about torture and killing in general....as a general purpose cheap shot at Disney.

you greatly overestimate the number of hard line progressives in the US.

For the Dems to nominate a hard core "Social Democrat" in 2020 would lead to disaster at the polls.

It made almost twice as much as AntMan, and this inexplicably got a sequel.

This thread is going from being a cesspool to being a toxic waste dump.

If we didn’t contain the Star Wars fans to this thread then they’ll spread.

With summer weekdays BVS would probably have made it to 1 billion worldwide, too bad it had to be delayed from 2015 and had to settle to a horrible date. Anyway, still #1 DCEU movie in the world as it deserves. JL the lowest grossing as it also deserves. Nothing makes me happier than see it under MOS.
