Old color-grading on DVD

Red roses are not red anymore. :(

And here is why you shouldn't trust screenshots on the internet. You can't tell whose monitor is properly calibrated, and probably 99.99% of them aren't. (Mine isn't, but it's at least decently timed).

Here's a screenshot I took:

They've done some color-timing to the shot but not nearly as dramatically as the image from SkyNetsArmy.

Hmm... for me, between T1, T2 and Aliens, it's difficult to decide... I might add Titanic also...

The difference between his best and worst is a very thin margin.  But for me T2 so far will always come out on top

I think I figured out why the color-grading seemed weird. It's not the monitor. It's that fucking source of the first youtube link was in the wrong color-grading in the first fucking place! Fuck that terrible wrong color source that had me worried about the new 4K master.

I get what you are saying and agree with the second quote.

But I don't have T2 as his best which shows how good some of his other films are.  I will always have Titanic and T1 above T2, personally
