So how much longer can Disney put off moving the Ep8 date? This is making a billion, they aren't releasing the next one in May

I prefer it in December anyway. I don't think I could handle Guardians and Episode 8 together within a couple weeks of each other.

Or 5 months after Rogue one which is less than 12 months from now for that matter. They'd be absolutely crazy to not see how they are cutting into their potential $$$ by jamming that many together. Give a little room to breath and they can roll in mucho dough for VIII too.

166m 2nd WE - that's with realistic increases/decreases

One movie with two weekends in the top 10. It feels too unbelievable to actually happen. And yet...

If it ends up rising it will be the only movie in the top 40 alltime domestic released after 1995 to not decrease its 1st Wed from 1st tues, except.... Titanic, and Finding Nemo...

Avatar didn't decrease either.

200 m second weekend.

CJohn was right.

Finally someone sees the truth. And I only failed the OW for, like, what? 50M? That is not much

If it makes 200m this weekend, we all quit box office predicting forever because who knows anything right?

Let me apply a 33% drop from a 38M Wednesday... 25.5M Thursday... (I believe it is gonna drop more than that btw, I am expecting a 22-24M Thursday). Now going by 2009 this thing is increasing 100-115% on Friday... so lets put it at 105%... 52.3M Friday  And everything increased on Saturday in 2009. A 20% increase gives it a... 62.8M Saturday

Impossible. I won't even continue to do this.
