In retrospect Stallone wasn't really THAT big of a lock (he wasn't nominated at either SAG or BAFTA). People here just tend to get carried when their favorites don't win.

Rylance was great in BOS. Even though Stallone didn't win and probably won't get nominated again, Rylance is still a worthy winner. The meltdown on this board regarding his loss is legitimately hilarious though.
