I get not having CBMs but animated films? They span such a wide, diverse range of genres... it would be amiss to feature no animation on an all-time best list.

When did I say I wasn't going to have any animated films on mine?

@narniadis  i love that u have American President as your number one. I fucking love that movie!!!!!

Dat Sorkin Power along with some amazing performances that shadowed what would come with the West Wing.... yeah I watch it a couple times a year..... :)

And at @cannastop it's a good thing that I don't answer to anyone about what is or isn't on this list lol but Shrek is probably still better as a whole package than Zoo.

There's multiple people with Speed Racer in their top 100, so this isn't the craziest WachioskI-related inclusion

I almost included Cloud Atlas... seriously like me that film but couldn't figure out what to leave out...

It's probably too late to influence people's lists at all, but I just discovered that the amazing documentary VISIONS OF LIGHT is on YouTube in a quasi-legal form. (The original doc is basically a educational tool that was produced by AFI). It's about the history of cinematography, and it's a visual goldmine for all sorts of stunning shots, which lead to a list of new movies to watch. :)

Yeah, I just can't do this. Even if I were able to widdle it down to 100 movies I know I'd end up forgetting something and I'd feel like crap over it.

Just think of it as a list, not the list. It's not definitive, it's just how you feel right now.
