I personally liked this movie and the theater I watched it with seemed to enjoy it as well, but I can see wom is divisive. I've seen a lot of people like it and a lot of people saying it was a note. Will probably top out around 110m domestic.

Tyler Perry is nothing outside the USA. 

 

Two last Lionsgate movies with Liam Neeson in the last 8 years: Commuter (2018) - not a hit,  aaaaaaand that's all. But I suspect this was sarcasm. Isn't it?

Everything do (the trailers, the music, the poster, the names) to way out of it.

 

But they can lower your expectation and make you think the movie was better than it was and so on or overhype it and make it look underwhelming, it is not clear in which direction it will affect you when it does.
