They're estimating suicide squad getting a bump up from Saturday to Sunday, 3.77 to 3.96 and I really don't see how that holds. Actuals will have something closer to a 25% drop for the weekend I think. Still good though.

Most movies went up about 5% last year.

So 310 domestic is locked for SS. Maybe 320 is still possible! it will be fun seeing BvS just 10 millions above a Harley Quinn movie.

Internacional numbers can reach 400 depending on this week results.

700M WW is locked now. Might hit 400M OS as well. It had a 23M OS week, should have 20M+ in the tank from current markets and 10M+ from Japan

DC Entertainment adaptation Suicide Squad generated a further estimated $11.8m for $375.5m so far, ahead of its release in Japan next weekend.

I guess I never really looked at it, was assuming it was similar to other Monday holiday weekends.

Seriously, what do you think Sully will do ow/dom?

About 25/80 sounds right. It will have great legs for sure as there is no adult skewing movie in the market. Might nudge up to 30-35M if people rush out to watch it in IMAX like they did for Sniper.

Really good holds across the board, which is unsurprising for Labor Day weekend.

I'm really happy that Don't Breathe has been so successful thus far. Even with tough competition ahead, $80 million could be in play.

Suicide Squad has rebounded nicely after large drops in its second and third weekends.

No Manches Frida had a pretty solid breakout performance. It's certainly not on the jaw-dropping level of Instructions Not Included three years ago, but the $10,000 average is quite impressive.

I'm not surprised that either of the new wide releases were DOA. The Light Between Oceans could have been a decent little performer if Disney had put at least a little bit of effort into marketing it, but Morgan looked like a tough sell based on its trailer.
