I was just checking out my theater's website to see if Frozen times were listed yet (they're not), and I noticed they had Ford v Ferrari tickets on sale for the first time. Did that just happen?

Also, my theater doesn't have Last Christmas tickets on sale yet. Are they on sale everywhere else?

FvF has been up for a while. Want to say sometime this week? Maybe a bit before that?  Might just not have been at your theater yet, though. Can't recall exactly what day they popped up, but wasn't today.

EDIT:::

Now that I check Twitter, it might not have been officially announced.  So it might be one of those cases where some theaters popped them up early.

So, sometime in the last couple of days then, maybe?  Like I said, I wasn't paying strict attention and only saw it in relation to checking out Frozen tickets.

There are a couple Regals near me that have Last Xmas up, but that's about it. Stuff like Midway and Playing with Fire have more shows at the moment.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but work has been busy this week and I haven't been able to follow too closely: how are SW TRoS presales looking? I know SW films are notoriously presale heavy, but are things looking promising or worrying with that in mind?

Nothing record breaking, but it looks good so far.

Last Christmas tickets haven’t been officially announced as on sale yet.

By the way, I'd just like to remind everyone that Terminator opens on Thursday. On Halloween.

It's bound to have a much better Friday-to-Thursday ratio than other action sequels, right?

Right?

Numbers are so bad might not matter.

5 days out 98 more sales. It is what it is for Toronto right now. I really have not much more that can be said. Its pretty quiet. Judging by other theatre reports its not alone.

Some non wheel and close to non wheel sellouts. Sure enough a couple of shows added as well.

Slowed a bit as others have noted at theatres but still progressing well.

Speaking of which:

It was nice to be able to look on pulse and just see all the various movies and shows that theaters were selling. Sure, the numbers were super helpful, but just seeing what was available was really cool too.

We're finally at sub-100 here, but it was bound to happen at some point. Still seems to be selling well enough however, though again, I can't really compare it to anything. Even Charlie's Angels I gave up tracking on at this point.

Terminator - Dark Fate (T-5)

AMC Prev - 9920/169881 $169653 790 shows  +1315
Cinemark  Prev - 3344/163170 $44260 914 shows +442

So its under 215K with Cinemark way weaker than AMC which means AMC is over indexing. I would think National previews would be at 550K. Needs to finish at at least 55k between 2 chains to hit 3m previews. May be its going to just have like sub 2.5m previews but still do great over the weekend to hit 40m OW.

So I looked at AMC OD to see if the PS is backloaded.

AMC OD - 12527/461164 $216254

Good news is its higher than previews. So there is some hope for good OW though raw numbers are still meh.

It looks like there is no salvation for this franchise and this is gonna end up worse than Genesis. I wonder if we will get another one directed by the king himself starring 80 year old Arnie. Will need to hit 60K tickets between the 2 chains to keep 3m in play. May be 2.5m at best.

Terminator - Dark Fate (T-4)

AMC Prev - 11449/168679 $194693 791 shows + 1529

Cinemark Prev - 3793/163170 $50285 914 shows +449
