* Black screen *

Torann (F. Murray Abraham) (V.O):

He promised you he'd come back?

Tamara (Letitia Wright) (V.O):

Yes.

Torann (V.O):

But he never did.

* Smash open to Tamara standing in front of the burning valley of flowers she set ablaze at the end of the last movie, although this time the scene is at dusk. Her dress continues to dance with the wind as the smokes rise against the dark sky. *

Tamara (V.O):

No.

Torann (V.O):

So why are you still waiting?

Tamara (V.O):

I'm not.

* Cut to black. *

Tamara (V.O):

Not anymore.

COOKIE PICTURES

Jarek (Ben Foster) (V.O):

I'm afraid that her heart is no longer with her people.

* Smash open again to a massive crowd, mostly Scavengers, gathering to hear one lone Scavenger, a nationalist populist named Jarek, hold a rousing speech. Jarek has a buff build for an already strong alien race, standing a head taller than most of those near him. *

Jarek:

Her heart lies with the invader. The parasite that has come only to steal...

* Cut to human settlers on Khouga growing farmland, getting into tussles with Scavenger locals. *

Jarek (V.O):

To rape, and murder...

* Cut to H:F.F Captain Lucina (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) and a crew of human soldiers, having just burst through a wall, stumbling across a research facility that's just been turned into a grisly murder scene. *

Jarek (V.O):

...that of which is ours.

* We see an overhead view of the wreckage of H.F.F Seyfert, all the grass and plants that's grown on Khouga since the events of the last film starting to overtake it. *

Jarek (V.O):

To believe that because they failed to save their own world...

* Grand Admiral Radian Helms (Laurence Fishburne) wanders alone inside the wreckage of Seyfert. We cut to him in the same location reacting in dismay at a sight unseen. *

Jarek (V.O):

That we would just open our doors and our hearts for them...

* Cut to black. *

Jarek (V.O):

And what has that got us?

* Smash cut to the aftermath of a tussle between humans and Scavengers, leaving several injured. *

Jarek (V.O):

But their toll can still be undone...

* We see a whole group of Scavenger hunters approaching a sleeping Khougan sandworm (a massive creature burrowing itself in the sand but has massive obsidian blade spikes that protrude out from the sand forming a line of pillars) with Lucina and her aide Arthur (Kenneth Branagh) closely following them. We get a quick shot of the lead huntress, Sal (Sasha Lane), mounting the creature and cutting off one of the blades with a saw tool that heats up just like the file tool in the first movie. She and Lucina share an intense glare. *

Jarek (V.O):

Their lies can yet be unraveled...

* Cut to Tamara and Lucina meeting up with two Scavenger priestesses in an underground spring, one being the serene and beautiful Luna (Taissa Farmiga) wearing a stunning dress, welcoming the two with grace. The other, a bitter and scornful Sunn (Bex Taylor-Klaus) sits in a corner with a shredded dress and glares at the two. She gives Lucina the middle finger. *

Jarek (V.O):

But our queen can not be saved from her own madness...

* In a different scene, Luna, looking visibly upset, runs over and embraces a startled Tamara, hugging her tightly. *

Jarek (V.O):

But I ask you to show her the error of her ways...

* Tamara, growing a bit upset herself, responds to the hug by embracing Luna back. *

Jarek (V.O):

...And may our ancestors bless her soul.

* Overhead shots of several pyres being lit at once all over the Khougan capital at night, with Tamara looking on from her balcony concerned. Lucina is standing behind her, looking all bruised and beaten up. *

Jarek (V.O):

So take up arms...

* Scavenger soldiers grab weapons and gear and head out for battle. *

Jarek (V.O):

Drive those rats from our shores, our valleys and our mountains...

* Lucina steps through a doorway, finding herself surrounded by Scavengers and humans alike, all ganging up on her. *

Jarek (V.O):

For they can not come here and take whatever they want...

* Humans are seen fleeing in terror, being shot at by Scavengers brandishing heavy firearms. A scavenger carrying a flamethrower torches a newly-built home with a human family still inside. *

Jarek (V.O):

This is our planet!

* Tamara and Luna, hiding amongst the bushes, sees the human settlements in flames. The blazes are reflected in their horrified eyes. *

Jarek (V.O):

And let them know Khouga holds no place for them...

* Tamara, enraged, grabs a spear and dashes towards the burning settlement. A crying Luna reaches out after her trying to stop her, but she's too late. *

Jarek (V.O):

And should they not leave...

* Tamara sees the guy with the flamethrower still spewing fire everywhere. She lunges at him, shoving the spear right through his back and we see it pierce right through his chest in quick but gory detail. *

* Cut to black *

Jarek (V.O):

Only death will await them.

(1:56 onwards)

(Note that the following clips flash in quick succession)

* We see Tamara in warpaint and brandishing a firearm, riding on a rebuilt Reese (the cyclopean robot from the first film, turned quadrupedal and given ears and tail like a wolf) across the Khougan landscape. *

(2:02)

* Helms, joined by Sunn, travel along with other humans as they come across a large, wood-like planet in the middle of outer space. *

(2:06)

* We cut back to the earlier scene with the sandworm, as it awakens and begins attacking the hunters and Lucina, a few unfortunate ones being crushed under it. *

(2:10)

* Tamara is building a barricade against the door to her bedroom. Behind her we see Luna in a corner praying. *

(2:15)

* Helms and Sunn are suddenly escaping the wood-like planet in a smaller ship, with coal black vines, looking almost like tentacles and animated in an uncanny valley way like stop-motion, chasing after them. *

(2:20)

* Tamara is walking across a balcony to a large hall, gazing in wide-eyed befuddlement at what is before her. *

* Brief cut to see what she's looking at and there it is: A mesh of Scavenger (and some human) bodies crawling across one another other, all buck naked, some thrusting and others taking. The scene has an almost dreamlike state. *

(2:23)
Sunn, finding herself trapped by the black coal vines, is approached by a massive, coal black tree-like creature (think The Beast from Over the Garden Wall fused with Slenderman) who glares with its blank white eyes right at her.

(2:25)

* Lucina is slowly sinking in some kind of strange, dark void, like she's underwater. *

(2:27)

* The five H.F.F ships (Milky Way, Mayall, Sunflower, Pinwheel and Hoag) are drifting in outer space when suddenly a single alien vessel, far larger than the five ships combined, appears through thin air and descends towards them and Khouga.*

* Brief pause in the music as the trailer cuts to black. *

* Fade back in to show a scarred and bruised Helms sitting in some kind of underground bunker, talking to Lucina who's readying herself picking up a large metal stick. *

Helms:

If this really is the end of an era...

Lucina:

...Then we're gonna bring the fucking fireworks to celebrate.

(2:30)

* Back to Lucina getting ganged up on. She draws out the stick which transforms into a huge ax, and she immediately attacks the Scavengers who are ganging up on her. Cut between several different shots of the fight as she caves a guy's skull in, slices another in half as it tries to lunge at her, strikes the ax right into a third assailant and uses his body at a meat shield which she runs right into a whole conga line with.

(2:47)

She soon finds herself outnumbered as the remaining assailants begin to dogpile on her. The last we see is her hand reaching out as more and more assailant stack on top her before we cut to the title. *

THE ETERNAL STORM

THE SCAVENGER WARS PART II

* Black screen *

Ares (Andy Serkis) (V.O):

The course of history...

* A horrific-looking creature named Ares, leader of an empire, is scraping his metal leg across the floor as the camera tilts upwards to reveal his horrific appearance, having stretched skin and a contorted body held together with an armored suit (think Snoke fused with Saw Gerrera). He speaks in a grizzled voice with elongated vowels. *

Ares:

...is decided only by the victors.

* He stares at something off-screen, contorting his face into a snarl. *

I would say Reese now kinda looks like this:

Spoiler

But with one eye instead of two.

And Tamara riding him with warpaint on her face is an homage to this, in case anyone was wondering:

More Amulet Films Announced by Alpha Pictures

Immediately following Amulet II: The Last Council's $73.5 million opening weekend, Alpha Pictures has announced that Amulet III and Amulet IV will both be coming to the big screen on December 16th, Year 6 and December 20th, Year 8, respectively. The studio is also aiming for a PG-13 rating for both of the upcoming installments, with a spokesperson remarking that "when we looked at the numbers that were coming in last weekend, we saw a lot of new interest from young-adult moviegoers that ordinarily wouldn't turn out for a PG film. And if there's anything that'll keep this franchise's momentum going, it's making sure that our movies are growing up with our audiences."

TriCrescent Media reps confirmed that despite the box office success of franchise revival Jaws: The Return, there are "currently no plans" for a Jaws 6. One rep cites the film as being planned as a one-off series tribute from the beginning, stating that the studio wants to "avoid the escalating stupidity" of the prior Jaws sequels from the 1970s and 80s. "When you have the same town or the same characters repeatedly being attacked by huge killer sharks within a relatively short timeframe, it becomes impossible for the audience to take any of it seriously," he says. "There's no suspension of disbelief."

Tfw you've spent five minutes on Wikipedia trying to figure out what this means and come up empty handed.

I'll spill the beans when it's year 5.

Suffice to say for now that Holland plays a fugitive on the run and Pugh plays someone instrumental to his flight.
