I don't think so, looks to top out around 185m.

Weekend gross was 74.5% higher than Star Trek Beyond. If that continues, it will finish at $186 million. Monday gross appears to be around 116% higher than Star Trek Beyond. If that continues, it would end up at $190m. I would think $185m is a safe bet and could go a decent amount higher. We'll see how it goes.

It will be interesting to see if WW can pass IM3 by the end of the Labor Day weekend. It will be at roughly $407M by the end of Thursday so it would need to gross $2M from Friday - Monday. It will probably fall a little short but WW will pass IM3 a day or two later.

WW's PTA was pretty low at $758 last weekend, so I can see it dropping 500 theaters this weekend, but that should be fine since I can see the percent drop this upcoming weekend being close to zero since last weekend was impacted so badly with the boxing fight and the GoT finale.

Probably another $1.7M weekend coming for WW.

it is possible for Dunkirk to hit 180 on the Thursday that It opens.

480k Monday, 172.96 total.  1.54m for Tues + Weds + Thurs = 174.50 total.  3.5 weekend (-10%) = 178 total.  We are looking at 2m for weekdays this week, and with Labor Day Monday next week, a repeat of 2M for Mon-Thurs should happen = 180 total.

$185M is the most Dunkirk could do now unless it gets a re-expansion around Oscar season (which is unlikely since it'll be out for home viewing by then).

It will but it won't add more than 500k - 1 mil. It'll get some showings as a Best Pic nominee like say Mad Max Fury Road. Theaters tend do those marathons of the nominees as well

No, that is not the high end. Look at the dailies and weekends compared to Star Trek Beyond, which opened on almost the same day just a year ago. Needs to gross 55% more than STB the rest of the way to reach $185m. Last weekend it was 74.5% higher than STB. Monday it was 116% higher than STB.

At this point if Sony doesn't take back some screens / theaters from Emoji/The Dark Tower and give it to Spider-Man before they are just completely and outright stupid. The should follow the model that WB is doing with WW. Just look how bad Emoji Movie, The Dark Tower and War for the Planet of the Apes are doing compared to both Homecoming and Wonder Woman. It's ridiculous.

I don't know how much of that is in their control. This weekend, my theater is getting rid of The Dark Tower (SMH still has a full screen and Emoji is splitting with the return of The Big Sick). Wind River is probably going to be in over 2.5k theaters, so the smaller theaters might ditch Emoji/Dark Tower for that instead of SMH
