79% with 77 reviews this morning.

Does it go certified at 80 reviews?

Around that point, but I believe it’s not automatic.  Usually it’ll show up in the morning USA time if it crossed 80 reviews overnight.   So if it’s still at 75+ whenever folks show up to work at Rotten Tomatoes, it should be certified fresh soon thereafter.

It also depends on how strong the trajectory looks. If it looks like it's any second away from collapsing under 75 or 70, they hold off on making it certified. I don't think that'll be a problem here though, but we'll probably get to about 95-100 reviews in before we see it certified.

75% after 95 reviews..

theres still hope for a Ready Player One scenario 🙂

There is, but Ready Player One had a substantially stronger warrant for the certified fresh stamp at this point.

EDIT: and now IT 2's gone down to 74%.

Yeah it’s headed for the 60s.

that sucks tbh looked like it was gonna be in the 80s for a while.

Edit: considering this fell from 80 to 73 in like an hour, I wouldn’t be suprised it it ends up rotten.

What's with the trolling? (Plus new account is suspicious) The movie didn't drop from 80-74 in an hour and it isn't gonna be rotten. It probably will end up in the low 70s or high 60s.

No trolling. More like about 2-3 hours. It was at 78 then went up to 80 then suddenly dropped to 73. No trolling, that’s just an extremely sharp decline.

Ah went from 1 hour to 2-3 hours and it stayed at 78/79 for about 12 hours. And I can assure you the movie won't drop to rotten. It's gonna stabilise at 100 reviews. The drops it's been having is no worse than the drops Aquaman and Hobbs and Shaw had (and they had their drops in an earlier stage).

Good point. I think it’ll go down to 65. Hobbs and Shaw was similar. It sat at 71-74 for a solid 100 and something reviews then just suddenly dropped to 67.
