Watched Ridley Scott's Black Rain. Pretty entertaining stuff. Standard b-movie plot (this could have just as well have been a Steven Seagal vehicle), but it's stylish, nicely shot, and has a charismatic Michael Douglas with an awesome haircut.

So far I've narrowed down the graduate schools I'll apply to next semester to 19.

 

7 of them are California Schools (3 around LA, 2 closer to SF, 1 closer to SD, and 1 elsewhere)

3 New York Schools (2 in NYC, 1 not)

2 Boston schools

1 Rhode Island school

1 Texas school

1 Arizona school

1 Georgia school

1 Kansas school

1 Oklahoma school

 

I need to narrow down my list to about 12 by the Fall.  I think it's a little evident which geographic region I am targeting lol.

Having a fair amount of options is good...I had two choices for college, got accepted, and couldn't go because the GI Bill wouldn't pay for out of state anything >_> And I'm still bitter.

 

My dad just said "I'm going to see Death Wish" and I told him to take my Regal card.

 

He thought I said "Take my car." and went "I didn't say I HAD a death wish."
