I think it makes sense! You see, the Vulture from "our" universe had its face stolen from Nicolas Cage and the other Vulture from another Universe is actually Jon Travolta, wearing the face of the Vulture from the first universe, who is hunting Nicolas Cage from the 2nd Universe who is actually Morbius but with the face of Tom Holland.

If accurate, those post-credit scenes sound like they’re going to make things needlessly convoluted. Also, featuring Micheal Keaton in the marketing and only including him after the credits seems pretty deceptive.

Vulture doesn't have the emotional link with Peter anymore, now that his mind and everyone's else got deleted in that regard. He forgot Peter saved his daughter. The car scene from Homecoming basically didn't happen. Vulture only remember how Spidey messed up with his plans and sent him to prison.

Not entirely clear how the spell works but Vulture was perfectly willing to kill Peter with that "emotional link," when it got in the way of his plan, my assumption was that his lack of desire for revenge was because he didn't really take it personally, killing Peter wouldn't really help him at that point. He just doesn't really seem the type. And then he seems to know that he's in a different universe, which makes it even more dumb.
