INCREDIBLES 2 Weekend |🏆| ACTUALS: 182.7M OW | O8 19M, Tag 14.9M, Solo 10M, DP2 8.7M, IW 5.4M

That AWIT increase due to drive-in double features is hilarious, although not that surprising. It needs just over a 33% increase today to finally reach $100M so it is guaranteed to pass it on Sunday if it falls short today. It will also finally reach an unrounded 3.000x multiplier today (needs about $400K).

Hotel Artemis dropped off the BOM daily tracking after just a week. Ouch!

That theater loss significantly hurt Book Club for its daily gross to drop Thursday to Friday. It's now up to a 4.473 multiplier with $5.38M to go to catch ICOI. It should still make it but it will be a slog and won't happen for another couple of weeks. Its PTA did jump about 56% from Thursday but it will suffer another huge theater loss next weekend.

I wonder how much TI2 will increase from the "true" Friday number. Can it hit $60 today?

But how many seniors are there though.

There were no seniors in an audience of 20! :jeb!: Also only like two kids which shows how older skewing this is.

8 Avengers: Infinity War $5,300,000 -27%

AIW's Friday to Friday drop is 22.7%, it's not dropping 27% for FD w/e.

It's not going to have a 3.72 multiplier this w/e.  That's lower than last w/e 3.94.  Should be closer to 4.3-4.4x  with  $6-6.2m w/e

Solo should also be a few hundred k higher

That reminds me, what happened to the annual Disney Nature film this year?

They knew it would interfere with their 100m streak this year.

This WiT fudge is hilarious, gotta be one of the craziest ones ever. Been being fudged for like 2 months now lmao.

I2 OD should be good for at least 170, maybe a chance at 180. Gonna be so fun to watch the legs for this.

165M seems to be more on pessimistic side for I2.

Also way too low on IW.

1.42M Friday is a substantially bigger jump than what GOTG2 got. Even if it only follow GOTG2 trajectory for Sat/Sun, it’ll get close to 6M weekend (unless Disney planned to distribute them money somewhere else for the greater good

Apparently, one of them was supposed to happen, but I guess the film's delayed? They had a trailer out for it last year.

Can see something like this for Disney:

2018:

Black Panther: 700m

Infinity War: 685m

Incredibles 2: 675m

Mary Poppins Returns: 375m

Ralph Breaks the Internet: 300m

Christopher Robin: 285m

Ant Man and the Wasp: 265m

Solo: 210m

The Nutcracker: 105m

A Wrinkle in Time: 100m

Total: 3.7b

2019:

TA4: 725m

The Lion King: 535m

IX: 520m

Frozen 2: 415m

Captain Marvel: 405m

Toy Story 4: 400m

Dumbo: 300m

Aladdin: 280m

Artemis Fowl: 100m

Penguins: 20m

Total: 3.7b

And most are gonna tell me I lowballed several 2019 releases, so in other words it's certainly possible for 2019 Disney to still beat 2018 Disney even without such dizzying heights.

I think the question is what will be the next non-documentary Disney release that doesn't make over $100M. I guess there's The One & Only Ivan (CGI/live-action combo with Bryan Cranston and the voices of Sam Rockwell, Angelina Jolie, Brooklynn Prince, Helen Mirren, and Danny DeVito which will likely get a late '19 release) but we'll need to see how it looks first. And I suppose Maleficent 2 (most likely Memorial Day 2020) stands a chance at getting completely rejected ala Alice 2.

Yeah, could see it for Maleficent 2. Nutcracker and Artemis Fowl are far from sure things though.
