This August while no record breaker has proven that people want to go movies with The Meg breaking out and Crazy Rich Asians likely performing healthy. The 7:15 at my theater is on track to sell out. And the weekend should be even better (the 4:10 I'm seeing on Saturday is already 1/4th full). Weekend will $7-$9 million OD, Saturday matinees will boost it to $8-$10 million, and then Sunday will $5-$7 million.
