    So, 41.2M real Friday.

Giving the full OD a 15% drop and then 30% Sunday drop, it gives me a 151.3M result.

Only Marvel can make an okay at best film (the more I think about it, the more it kinda crumbles for me) with ehh marketing and based on a totally new character open to over 150 million domestically

hmpff! My $1.1b prediction from a few months back is Charlie approved.

Wow. So you had faith in CM since a few months back? When the 1st trailer came out, I was just hoping that the film hits $600M worldwide because of the divisive trailer reaction.

also one thing the movie could still hit 160 which i think it will and also all of this is just estimates could be right could be wrong we will have a better idea today who know could  fall of  cliff and hit 120 or could skyrocket and hit 200 for all we know and we still dont know if 41.2 is the real friday

The name Marvel alone is one of the biggest selling points in the modern era of film now. The MCU as a brand has built a gigantic fanbase in the states and OS and there are millions of people who will come to their films no matter what.

Well, that was my opinion and that's what I think of the film 👌

But yes, clearly a lot of people loved it, so good for them. Hey, it's all for the best if it means more momentum for Endgame.

90% of the audience had never heard the Captain Marvel character before, yet here they all are.

Cinemascore is useless for films which large fanbases prior to release, it's shown time and time again.
