Weekend Thread - Good Boys 21.4m OW, other openers not worth mentioning

So 600M back on table for TLK?

No. It would need way better mid-late legs than Aladdin and Toy Story 4 to even have hopes of 600M. We’ll see how these upcoming weekdays perform, but they will probably start performing worse because of school, with weekends picking up the weight.

Last weekend was 60-61. Removing SK this weekend is 30.7, about 50% down.

303.3 Current + 25 SK (40 total) +  55 OS-SK-China (after 30.7 weekend) + 180 China = 563 OS

165 Dom + 563 OS = 728 WW

Unless China crosses 200, 750+ ww seems tough imo.

Ah, OK. Tha nks for explaining. Do you think FFH could reach 400M with expansion?

I am so relieved that Good Boys is not one of those films where all of the jokes are in the trailers and there is nothing new and funny in the film. It's definitely a very funny film with the laughs spread generously through the film, including one scene near the end which had me guffawing loudly, even if  those around me missed it. Interestingly, were it not for a few F bombs, the film could have been PG-13 as it is surprisingly wholesome.

Great hold for Scary Stories, nice internal weekend multiplier!

Great start for Good Boys too. Nice to see something original at #1 for a change.

The 47 Metres franchise ends here but can probably live on in direct to streaming.

Once Upon a Time with the best hold in the top 10 despite losing 1,000+ cinemas.

Horrendous debuts for Bernadette, Blinded and Angry Birds 2.
