Which will gross more, Doctor Strange 2 or The Batman. I have DS2 winning by a hair due to its MCU/multiverse connection.

DS2 by a lot I think, it’s gonna be a big crossover movie.

I think the Batman will do well, but not that well.

Doctor Strange 2 is going to be massive. Locked for a billion. Spider-Man bump. Potential cameos.

Batman will have a great opening weekend but it’s a 3 hour long murder mystery that might potentially be R. It’s also a reboot without selling point of BVS

It's not going to be R. It will be TDK or Apes like but will be PG-13.

I've heard it toes the line between R and PG-13

It will be pg-13. They are already selling toys for it and have tie-ins with family stuff as well. A mainline Batman movie will not be allowed to release without being available to the widest possible audience.

The MPAA is pretty liberal with violence as long as there is no blood shown, less so with the f-bomb.

A Batman film always has potential to make 1B, especially a Batman film that will delve into Gotham in such a big way with multiple villains appearing. And if early word is to believed, this one is great at the top of having moments that will please both the general audience and the hard-core fans.

DS2 is a lock for 1B with it being so tied to the multiverse. Having Spiderman and wanda is already a huge selling point and with all the rumors we'll the films sells itself. That being said, i think the most successful Marvel film that is not Avengers is IM3 with 1.3B and I am going with this for its ceiling, considering that things get back to normal by then.

An R-rated Joker film just did 1B so I can see The Batman having 1.2B as its ceiling. It will be a close call between the two but, yeah, for the time being seems that DS2 has the edge.

The people who made the poster just were not given new material to work with, because they also used those old concept arts for The Flash and Black Adam, and a promo picture from the first Aquaman film. Though I haven't seen that picture from Zoe Kravitz from that angle before...

Here’s hoping she gets a proper costume.

Dr Strange is a favorite charecter of mine, but the Bat will win;he simply has a much bigger following then Strange;.

Providing the film is good, if it isn't then all bets are off.

No way Warners will let The Batman go out as an R.

And if

Spoiler

the end of movie/credits reveal is Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker, it's the best kept secret in film history.

I really doubt that simply because no way could you keep that secret.
