Yeh, the certified fresh logo is certainly used a lot in marketing. It’s plastered all over digital release artwork and DVD/Blu-ray covers now. The RT score is also including on some streaming stores now too. 

Rotten Tomatoes is pretty mainstream now. But it holds extra power over superhero films. I think it’s used a lot in fan wars and trolling within that type of online audience.

RT definitely matters as a promotional tool, and I'm sure a franchise that imo is dealing with some franchise fatigue like Batman will benefit a lot from renewed critical praise. It's certainly more convincing than random dubiously-source pullquotes like "ACTION-PACKED!" or "BATMAN IS BACK!"

Reviews get me personally really excited because it sounds like absolutely my jam (all my favorite movies ever!) but based on that Top Critics score falling this is probably heading to low 80s/high 70s RT.
