So, $100-120M OW?

Sounds about right unless it really clicks with the GA. Still a great opening for the type of film this is. Had Batman not been such an oversaturated brand I think this might've hit a billion. Still, if this one builds up enough goodwill then the sequel could hit that mark.

So basically following the Homecoming/FFH trend?

The Batman on the cover of Cahiers du Cinema. The only other CBM recognized by the magazine was Joker.

Why did they list The Mule as "La Mule" and not do it with Irishman or Parasite or whatever?

I would say anything over 300m domestic or 700m WW is a HUGE win for this movie. its not a atypical crowd pleaser for sure after ruminating on the movie but its kind of movie that makes you want to revisit it again. Reeves really did a brilliant job of making it something that stood apart from other batman movies and that was not easy as its this is 4th iteration and following much loved Burton and Nolan movies. Plus Pattinson will be one of the big stars of this decade for sure. Brilliant performance which was not dialogue driven.
